The "Cantore" by Terre del Ving is an intense and expressive red wine that comes mainly from Sangiovese grapes and additions of Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo, grown on the Borgaruccio estate, in Peccioli, on the border of the Pisan territory. After aging for 12 months in cement and tonneau, it exhibits a strong and intense body, with a good tannic texture, wrapped in a bouquet of red berries, cherry, mineral puffs and spicy accents.
