Very approachable style of Picpoul with flavours and aromas of citrus, peach, lychee, melon, and white flowers. Light and easy-drinking with a nice texture and good length on the finish. Slight saline sensation on the back end makes this truly unique. Pair with seafood, white meat, goat cheese, and chicken curry.
