Winemaker's Notes:

Essence 
The production area is in the heart of Monferrato, on the slopes of South East in the Municipality of Casorzo. Along a panoramic setting of the hills in a healthy environment we were grown directly from Gancia vines of Sauvignon Blanc. 
This grape variety originated in France, specifically in the area of Bordeaux was introduced in Italy in 800. Used especially in Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, Alto Adige and Lombardy, found in the hills of Asti an ideal habitat.

Visual test
Straw yellow.

Nose 
slightly herbaceous and vegetal scents reminiscent of green pepper, complemented by charming hints of fruits and flowers of the forest.

Taste
The taste, thanks to its typical acidity and its aroma is pleasant and intriguing; its fresh acidity is one of its features.
