The Falia Bianco boasts five different grapes from as many vineyards and regions: Garganega, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, and Trebbiano are vinified separately. Soft pressing of the grapes and prolonged fermentation highlights the fresh flavours in this white wine. Aromas of white flower and tropical lemon emanate from the glass. On the palate, fresh and fruity flavours are complemented by some nice acidity and a pleasant, crisp and refreshing finish. This is an aperitif-style wine popular in Europe which can also be paired with light fare like tapas and seafood salads.
