A 100% Sauvignon Blanc, made from grapes grown in Chile's Maipo Valley. Grapes here grow in volcanic soil and benefit from the Humboldt Current effect, with cool breezes enhancing the natural fruit character and acidity. Shows fresh, clean aromas of pineapple, white peach, citrus and grassy notes. The crisp palate develops from initial herbal flavours, then blossoms into more tropical fruit flavours on finish. A great wine to pair with shellfish.
