Winemaker’s notes:

A lovely straw yellow, this wine carries a fine, persitant bead in the glass with a soft, delicate mousse. Harmonious aromas of freshly-zested citrus fruit, wet stone and a hint of brioche showcase the classic intensity of our Old Vines in its bubbly format. On the palate, crunchy Granny Smith apple, pear and a hint of florality persist to a bright, crisp finish with a lingering minerality.
