Tantalus 2017 Chardonnay 750ml

In the glass it shows a spun gold hue and exhibits aromas of toasted almond, peach and grapefruit zest. The palate is lush with stone fruit, roasted nut and a smattering of lemon-infused crème brûlé and butterscotch. The finish is minerally with bright natural acidity which brings focus and length to the wine. With only 110 cases produced, it?s sure to become a collectors wine.
