'This is the first release of the new Storm Haven wines for Synchromesh, coming off their home site, and the result of years of experimentation. From young vines home site, and a blend of clones 214 and 332 (the latter a sole rarity in the Okanagan), this was whole cluster for a week, then pressed off into tank where it remained until August 2020 when I tasted it, just bottled. This defines the Okanagan scrub, infused with wild plum, finely grippy tannins, white pepper, wild rose, and iris, all housed with whisper fine, and firm tannins, leading this slight wine to a lengthy finish. Loire-esque, at an impressive 10.6 degrees; serve with a chill. Quite unique for the Okanagan, and one to watch.' 90 points' - Treve Ring, Gismondi on Wine Aug 27, 2020
