The Spadefoot Toad vineyard is located in Oliver on a South facing aspect and is certified organic, using Spadefoot Toads as a form of pest control. Pair with duck, charcuterie, and steak. 100% Syrah clones #7, #99, and #100 from Ron Firman’s Vineyard. Aged in neutral oak barrels for 44 months. Further cellaring and decanting recommended. Unfined and Unfiltered.
