St. Urbans-Hof 2014 Alte Reben Wiltinger Riesling 750ml

Fermented in stainless steel and tasted from the Magnum (AP #3), the 2014 Wiltinger Alte Reben offers a lovely, clear, bright and flinty bouquet with fascinating lavender aromas. This is a typical Riesling from Wiltingen, very precise and focused on the nose. This is a very delicate, filigreed, lean and elegant Riesling of great purity and intensity. The finish reveals a nice tension and drinkability. This is a classic Saar respectively Wiltingen Riesling in the leaner and lighter style, with a finesse-full and very elegant fruit intensity.
