The estate vineyard Riesling is farmed sustainably but is in the transition to organic; it feels like it’s already there. 2019 is razor-sharp in acidity as it cuts through just about anything. Think crisp green apple drenched in lemon and lime, with a twist of savoury dried herbs. This one is for Riesling or food enthusiasts. The winery suggests a green curry chicken, and I want on right now. Real wine. Real value.
