Description
As the name suggests, this is a white-ish wine from red grapes - in this case, a pale peach from pinot noir. Whole cluster press, wild ferment, full MLF and into puncheons for twelve months, this opens with earthy lees, wild herbs, rock salts before an alluring bed of wild strawberry, faint wildflowers and subtle cherry notes. River stones and salted herbs linger on the tingling finish, drawing you back for more (especially as the bottle opens up). Light on palate (12 percent), this is a memorable, intriguing white/red/rosé.

We use Canada Post for the majority of deliveries and a courier for those nearest our location. If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, they will leave a note with the nearest pickup location. We cannot ship outside of the province and packages delivered by Canada Post cannot be left on the doorstep because there is an age check requirement (19+) for alcohol. Packages shipped to downtown Vancouver may arrive the same day or next day depending on time of order. Order cut-off is generally 12pm on a best-efforts basis.
