Single Vineyard all-estate wine grown in a unique meso-climate on the west side of Skaha Lake. Hand harvested in the vineyard and hand-crafted in the winery. Native yeast ferment, bottled unfined and unfiltered with unbridled notes of blackberry, dark cherry, enhanced layers of roasted coffee, vanilla and spice finishing with hints of dark chocolate and sweet oak. Brilliant served on its own or pair with pork and apple sauce or a vegetable lasagna.
