Sierra Norte 2017 Ananto Macabeo 750ml

This organically-farmed Spanish Macabeo varietal wine is produced by Bodega Sierra Norte in El Pozo Viejo, an area influenced by extreme Mediterranean air currents. The Ananto is a young wine, fermented in stainless steel and bottled after two weeks. This white wine offers pleasant acidity that complements perfectly the aromas of flowers, fruit and herbs that show through in the finish. Pair with light pasta, seafood, and white meat.
