Decanter.com - March 2015
Ripe, sweet, pure-fruited style. Refreshing acidity but deep flavours of fresh young cherries. Silky, textured tannins, elegantly styled with a lively savoury fresh bite.
Decanter average score: 17.25/20 points (90+/100 points)
James Suckling - jamessuckling.com - 13 March 2015
This is pinot noir with strawberry, rose, lilac and other flowers. Medium to full body, firm tannins and bright acidity. A wine with tension and style. Needs a little time to soften, so try in 2016.

Tyson Stelzer - Winning Wines, Adelaide Hills Magazine - Autumn 2015
Layers of complexity unite savoury nuances of beetroot with lifted fragrance of rose hip, intensity of plump, ripe red and black fruits, all held in place by silky, fine tannins. A warm, dry season has produced a generous style, ripe for immediate drinking.

Mike Frost - Frost on the Vine, Courier Mail, Brisbane - 31 October 2014
From the Adelaide Hills, this lovely young pinot shows dark cherry and strawberry fruit on the nose and palate, with a touch of spice and silky tannins. It may be medium-bodied but the flavours are rich and lingering. Enjoy over the next five years with confit duck leg or Chinese-style duck breast.

John Lewis - WINE, Newcastle Herald - 25 October 2014
This 2013 pinot has 12.5 per cent alcohol and is garnet-hued. Plum and tobacco leaf scents show on the nose and the front palate introduces intense, ripe raspberry flavour. Bramble jelly, mocha coffee and spice fruit characters meld with vanillin oak on the middle palate and the finish has fine-grained dusty tannins.

Campbell Mattinson - The Wine Front - 25 September 2014
Some may find this fractionally under-fruited but for me that’s part of the charm. It’s a refreshing pinot noir, complex, with sweet cherried/strawberried/rose petal notes to the nose and mid palate and silken chalky-sourness to the finish. There’s spice and dry leaf notes but not a great amount of either. In short it drinks beautifully, and easily. Pleasure to be had.

Red fruits abound on ripe cherry aromas. True pinot medium-bodied style, with light savoury elements. Is drinking beautifully now, but will cellar nicely.
