A full-bodied wine, it offers aromas of vanilla, marzipan and cassis followed by flavours of cardamom and blueberry. An inviting, well-integrated red wine, it is the third vintage of our popular Merlot. Aged two years in specially selected French barrels, this wine comes is the third harvest of our
vines that were planted five years earlier. We like the Merlot with spicy rice Jambalaya, roasted fennel sausages, burgers and asian-style crispy duck pancakes.
