Dark crimson in color, this Zinfandel displays cran-raspberry fruit, crushed rock and white pepper spiciness with a background of cedar-like aromas. The palate is filled with juicy, ripe raspberry fruit and a long finish of crushed pepper and leather. This is the most fruit forward, ripe Zinfandel we have made in a long time. Food Pairing Notes
A perfect wine to enjoy now with your friends and family, pairing with BBQ food and pizza. However, my personal favorite is our Sonoma Zinfandel with Beef or Chicken Enchiladas smothered with either Red Chili or Mole Sauce.
