85% Riesling, 10% Gewürztraminer, 5% Pinot Gris. Spontaneous ferment on the skins for 10 days. Pressed gently into neutral oak barrels to finish fermenting and aging on the lees for 6 months. We do not inhibit Malo. No S02 was added. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Nothing added or taken away. 240 cases produced.
