Schramsberg 2018 Blanc de Blancs 750ml

The 2018 Blanc de Blancs has pretty scents of yellow apples, toast, roasted almonds, mushrooms and honey with flinty nuances. Medium-bodied, dry, bright and energetic with fluffy mousse, it fleshes out to toast and brioche tones on the finish.
