Scarpetta Frico 2017 Rosso Toscana IGT 750ml

This is blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Colorino, and Mammolo that has seen aging in stainlees steel, cement, and oak. Highly enjoyable aromas of cherry, cranberry, and spice. On the palate, this wine is high in red cherry, Japanese plum (ume), and earthy flavours. Light tannins and a medium finish. Best to pair with pork (see label), salami, and hard cheese.
