Originating from the Bordeaux area, Merlot is able to adapt to different territories with excellent results. In Umbria, plantings have increased markedly since the eighties. Intense ruby ​​red in color, it shows fruity and floral aromas on the nose that blend well with Merlot's characteristic herbaceous aroma. Pleasant and soft on the palate, with not too marked tannins and a correct body and balance.
