Originally from France, Pinot Grigio is a versatile grape that shows differently depending on where it's grown. This wine is produced in the Umbrian vineyards of Central Italy, where you will find a platitude of delicious crisp dry whites; however Pinot Grigio is a small fraction of the region's overall production. Aromas of pears and bananas on the nose with floral hints. Dry, with balanced acidity on the crisp and refreshing palate. Excellent as an aperitif and pairs well with white fish, soups, parsley, soft cheeses, and fresh veggies. As the weather starts to warm, be sure to serve this bottle well-chilled.
