Sasso dei Lupi is the new name for a collective of wine producers with a long history in the region. Today, with over a thousand equal equity partners of winemakers and farmers, this commune is one of the largest producers in Umbria. Hailing from the Marsciano sub-region, Sestavia exhibits intense aromas of yellow tropical fruit. More of the same on the well-structured palate, with exotic and citrus fruit flavours, followed by a soft and lengthy finish. Pairs well with savoury appetizers, white meats, and medium cheeses. No oak was used.
