Variety: Sauvignon Blanc
TASTING NOTES: This is a young, fresh wine made from grapes in the Maipo Valley. On the nose, expect aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, and ripe pears. On the palate, more of the same, with flavours of lime, passionfruit, and guava. Our suggested food pairing ideas include light meat, fish, and clams. If you're planning to have cheese, seek out softer, briney, and more sour varieties such as goat cheese.
