From vineyards averaging 40 years old across six hectares, the grapes are hand-picked and manually sorted to ensure optimal quality. The wine is crafted using eco-friendly Ecocert-certified organic and Demeter-certified biodynamic methods, involving gravity-fed vatting and thermo-regulated fermentation for 20-30 days, with eventual clarification over winter. Ageing over 18 months in Stockinger oak foudres and terracotta amphorae assures its depth of character. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, "Quatre Terres" presents a captivating bouquet of floral aromas, red and black fruit, and garrigue, embraced by an elegantly pure and refined tannic structure.
