Sanguinhal 2021 Quinta de Sao Francisco White 750ml

The 2021 Branco Quinta de S. Francisco is 85% Vital from old vines, with 10% Fernão Pires and 5% Arinto combining for the rest, all unoaked and coming in at 13% alcohol. Bright, light and fresh, this is a summer refresher without a lot of concentration (hardly the point with wines like this) and only moderate personality, but its perky demeanor allows it to do its job well. There's tension on the finish and a lively feel. For the style, it is a nice success at the price.
