The Languedoc region of France produces this rosé blend of Grenache (50%), Syrah (30%), and Carignan (20%) using the bleeding method. A bright, sustained pink colour embodies a bouquet of fresh red fruits such as strawberries. In the mouth, this wine is fresh and crisp with refined acidity that is not overbearing - perfect for the patio with grilled meat skewers and freshly cooked prawns.
