Notes from the winemakers:
- Made from 100% organic syrah grapes and harvested at 3.1 tons per acre, this beautifully off-dry Syrah Rosé has a rich complexity of flavours and the irresistible scent of a homemade strawberry/rhubarb pie.
- Clusters were hand-sorted, cold soaked, pressed to tank for cold settling with a mere six hours of skin contact to impart both spectacular flavour and stunning colour. It was then fermented in stainless steel with lees contact for four months to create our Syrah Rosé.
- This BC Wine, bursts with fragrant aromatics, flavours of strawberries, hints of pepper and spice ensure perfect pairing with BBQ, grilled meats, pork, salads and seafood dishes. It’s also delicious on its own – no matter the season. It’s definitely as comfortable being served fireside as it is on the patio.
Shipping & Returns
We use Canada Post for the majority of deliveries and a courier for those nearest our location. If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, they will leave a note with the nearest pickup location. By law, we cannot ship outside of the province and packages delivered by Canada Post cannot be left on the doorstep. Orders for downtown Vancouver may arrive the same or next day depending on time of order. Order cut-off is generally 10am PST on a best-effort basis. We will contact you if we require more information to set up delivery.
