Crisp Sauvignon Blanc with lip-smacking acidity from Stellenbosch, South Africa. Grapes are picked from vineyards half a kilometer above sea level where cooler air and oceanic currents combine to create ideal conditions for growing full-flavoured Sauvignon Blanc. On the nose, aromas of gooseberry, tropical fruit, and melon. Passion fruit and citrus on the crisp and refreshing palate. Nice lingering finish. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on lees for two to three months.
