According to Rosemount Estate, weather conditions in 2015 produced a very strong vintage in Southern Australia.
Comprised of 88% Shiraz and the rest Cabernet Sauvignon, this smooth sipper can be enjoyed on its own or accompanying pasta, lamb, and duck. Aromas of raspberry, plum and blackcurrant, with hints of white pepper and bay leaf. More of the same on the palate, closely followed by subtle white pepper and bay leaf, and hints of cocoa. Rich, velvety, and soft.
