This is also aromatically cool and pure with its array of citrus confit, poached apple and white peach scents. The concentrated medium-bodied flavors are rich to the point of opulence while display reasonably good detail on the bitter lemon-inflected finish that exude a touch of warmth. This could use better depth, yet it is so forward already that it's not clear how much will develop in such a short window.
