We love blurring lines. One of the most exciting things for us is layering fruit in a way where it's tough to tell where one ends and the next begins.
Cursive is a blend of Bartlett perry, heritage apples, fresh blueberries and red wine from the hybrid grape: Maréchal Foch. Each fruit melds into the next—woven into a single thread of pure, unadulterated joy.
What's it like? Ripe Bartlett pears are big in the aroma. Your first sip starts with soft blueberries, ending with a kiss of tannic astringency from the red wine, leaving your palate ready for more. Subdued acidity, and bright apples tie it all together. It almost tricks you into thinking it's sweet.
