The vines covered in fog or “boira” in Catalan are an unmistakable feature of Raimat. Dense and white, the fog is present almost every dawn and dusk on the estate. This wine has a dry, fruit-forward palate with notes of blackberries, cranberries, violets, and hints of menthol. Smooth tannins throughout. Black fruits and violets reappear with a liquorice and aniseed finish. Ideal for raw meats such as steak tartare and cured meat charcuterie, ham, and cured cheeses.
