Queens Peak 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon 750ml

Our 2011 Queens Peak Cabernet Sauvignon showcases an enticing dark crimson hue; the aroma that drifts out of the glass is pure Sonoma. Layers of blackberry cobbler, mission fig and sorghum molasses infused with bold notes of cigar box on the nose. It unfolds with ripe flavors of blackberry, boysenberry and black cherry on the initial taste, followed by a wave of cocoa on the mid-palate. Full-bodied and well-balanced, dusty cedar notes frame the dark fruit character. Ripe, velvety tannins show through on the finish, with a delicate hint of vanilla and cardamom from 12 months of American and French oak aging.
