Provenquiere 2017 Sauvignon Blanc 750ml

Domaine de la Provenquière is one of our favourite boutique producers. The Domaine entered the Robert Family in 1954, with Achille and his wife. Their son Max succeeded them with his wife Anny. Well-positioned in the heart of the Languedoc, the Château’s distinctive tower is covered in green tiles and overlooks the surrounding vineyards.

This wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc, planted in calcium-rich soils facing north. Picked at full maturity, the grapes are fermented at low temperature and aged on lees. Expect a "generous rainbow of scents from a basket full of exotic fruits" like mango, papaya, and kiwi. This is a versatile wine and its fresh taste pairs with a variety of dishes.
