Project 'B' 2021 Rose 750ml

Project B is a winemaking partnership between the Old and New worlds. Winemakers Michael Bartier (Bartier Bros.) and Eric Monnin, of Boutinot France, respect the land, viticulture, climate, and vineyards of the Okanagan Valley to make a BC rosé wine destined for the world. The style is dry (1.6 grams residual sugar), Provençal pale, with earthy, strawberry patch aromas mixed with Okanagan desert scrub. Crisp and refreshing, the red fruit and acidity is the perfect foil to a creamy texture that runs through the entire wine. Think about any food you like, as this one can take it. The final blend is 36% pinot noir, 33% pinotage, 29% gamay noir, 2% merlot.
