Description
This is just now beginning to reveal the first notes of maturity on the yeasty baked apple scented nose. There is excellent volume, power and richness to the delicious medium weight plus flavors that are supported by a very firm effervescence on the seductively textured finale. This is not a particularly refined effort, but the sheer complexity makes it well worth trying. I would add that for my taste this has arrived at its peak but it should have no trouble holding here for another decade. In a word, excellent.
