Winemaker's Notes:
Tasting: A superb straw-color with green tinges, this wine shows floral aromas and ripe fruit with hints of apple and grapefruit on the nose. Round and well-balanced with great length and a lingering finish, this wine is ready to drink now or in months to come.
Winery: Established in 1989, Pazo de Señoráns is situated in a stunning ancestral 14th-century ancestral home located in the Val do Salnés sub-zone. Purchased in 1979 by Marisol Bueno and Jacques Mareque, the historic buildings have been restored. Wines are 100% Albariño and are marketed under the Pazo Señoráns brand. They include a young, un-aged wine, Pazo de Señoráns Albariño, Atio, as well as 'Selección de Añada' - a special wine aged for 27 months on its lees before bottling.
