The story of Château Paul Mas began in the hamlet of Conas, the city of French playwright Molière. Auguste Mas, Paul Mas' grandfather, purchased a 9 hectare plot of vines in the Mas de Bicq which later expanded into over 600 hectares of total holdings encompassing more than 40 grape varieties. Upon first sip of this delicious white blend you will be greeting with a floral embrace of fresh citrus and tropical fruits. Juicy, rich, and fruity on the palate, this wine has a good balance of acidity and decent length. This bottle is is the larger 1.0L size, making it our go-to for group events and BBQs.
