Needs air to blow off the reduction, after which this offers a mix of red berry flavors and spice hints. Elegant and fruity, with good acidity that imparts balance and excitement. Drink now.

Here is another winery I have been keeping my eye on. His wines hit a home run for me the last time I was in Austria. Biodynamically farmed the wines exclude a sense of place, breed and refinement. Lovely wines here. Looking at  this wine and how dark it is one would think it would be more alcoholic, upon tasting it I was surprised at its vibrancy, youth, vigour and purity. Hints of black pepper, cranberry, lush and crisp finish.
