Unfurling in the glass with aromas of pear, wheat toast, fresh pastry, wet stones, confit citrus and a light touch of reduction, it's full-bodied, satiny and enveloping, with a deep, multidimensional core, racy acids and an immensely long finish. This is a singular wine that ranks as one of Thomas Pico's finest achievements to date.
