Certified organic and biodynamic, Parés Baltà is owned and operated by the Cusiné family since the late 1970s. Mas Petit is a blend of Cab Sauv and Grenache from two vineyards. After a prolonged maceration period, the juices were aged in pre-used French oak barrels for seven months. Cherry red in the glass with aromas of red fruit, toast, and vanilla. More red fruit and vanilla on the soft, round palate. Soft, warm, and slightly spicy finish. Pair with cured meat, cheese, and pâté. This is a well-made wine that hits way above its price point.
