Mainly Xarel·lo, with 9% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, all farmed biodynamically. Golden in the glass, with fine bubbles. Lots of interest here: freshly cut lemons, grapefruit pith, herbs, nuts, fennel, with an underlying stony minerality. Brisk acidity and a crisp, mouthwatering finish. A great aperitif style.
