The Barbera d'Alba Superiore Bricco delle Olives by Palladino is born on the hills of the municipality of Serralunga and faithfully expresses its terroir of origin starting from the garment, colored with an intense ruby red, and with the scents that it releases: it recalls hints of black cherries and nutmeg with intriguing balsamic details. The taste is rich and juicy, of excellent softness that attenuates the typical marked citrusy freshness.
