Jill’s wine is Okanagan Crush Pad’s Campus Wine Project #7, a groundbreaking mentoring initiative that allows sommeliers to make small lot wines. There are just 97 cases of the Jill Spoor White Terroir Blend, and Marquis Wine Cellars is one of the few privileged retailers for this aromatic beauty. Best of all, proceeds are given to the B.C. Hospitality Foundation for wine education scholarships.
This blend of Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc is a pure expression of what the Okanagan does best.
