OJOS DEL GUADIANA, produced under the Appellation of Origin LA MANCHA, bears the name of one of the most important rivers in Spanish geography: Guadiana. This river has the peculiarity of going subterranean in certain zones, appearing and disappearing in different places. The EYES (Ojos) of the river mark the historical place where the river emerges to the surface again, which makes this a unique place in the plain of La Mancha.
