Youthful salmon berry pink. Delicate aromatics of brioche, strawberry, and cream. Dry but intense palate of alpine strawberry, orange zest and a hint of toast. Fine, focused mousse with buoyant acidity and a clean refreshing finish. One of our most successful bubbles yet. Very versatile on its own or with a vast array of briny seafoods, cheeses or lighter proteins.
