Product Details  

'Florescence' is 60% Gewurztraminer, 20% Schonburger, 20% Gruner-Veltliner.  The blend underwent three days of maceration before pressing to add body and a little je ne sais quoi.  Dry with a hint of RS and supported acidity, it drinks like your grandparents' breakfast nook with melon and banana fruit salad followed by lemon meringue pie and angel food cake.
