Description
Pale straw-yellow color. Dusty spices, white pepper and herbs accent citrus and stone fruits on the aromatic nose. Tactile and quite dry, offering citrus zest, herb and pepper flavors supported by underlying chalky minerality and enlivened by a bit of unabsorbed CO2. Doesn't show the adamant vegetility or energy of the best Austrian examples of the variety but this dry, dusty, intense wine is certainly one of the best Grüner Veltliners I've tasted from elsewhere. Nicely tactile and persistent on the aftertaste, with subtle herbal and minty nuances. This should be flexible at the dinner table.

If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, they will leave a note with the nearest pickup location. By law, we cannot ship outside of the province and packages delivered by Canada Post cannot be left on the doorstep.
