The 2018 Sauvignon Blanc opens with tropical notes on the nose with a citrus core. The palate has is citrusy but rich with tropical fruit expression, classically structured and with a simple finish. About a quarter of the wine was matured in neutral oak barrels, with the remainder aged in stainless steel. Drink: 2019-2025.
